At EssaLaboratory, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the box or included on the packing slip.
Ship to Laboratory
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our centralized returns processing facility.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
